Thank you for shopping at Minka Gifts! We hope you love your greeting cards. If, however, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means the card must not be written on, bent, or otherwise damaged.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made or personalized greeting cards.

Sale or clearance items (unless the item is defective).
2. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card or original payment method).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5–10 business days).
3. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a card that is damaged (e.g., ripped, water damaged) or you receive the incorrect item (e.g., wrong design or quantity), please contact us immediately at minkagifts@gmail.com with:

A clear description of the damage or error.

A photograph of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging.
For these cases:

We will offer a full refund or a replacement free of charge.

Minka Gifts is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as "Delivered." Please contact your local carrier office immediately if your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package.

1. How to Customize Your Card with Text
Make your greeting truly unique by adding your personal message right inside the card!

During Checkout: Look for the "Add a Custom Message" on the product page or in your shopping cart before finalizing your purchase.

Your Message: Simply type the message you'd like us to print inside the card. Please double-check for any typos or errors before submitting, as we will print exactly what you provide.

Font & Placement: We use a standard, elegant font that complements the card's design, and your message will be centered or placed thoughtfully inside the card for the best presentation.
2. Direct Mail Service: We'll Send It For You!
Let us take care of the mailing for you! We can stamp and send your personalized card directly to your chosen recipient.

How to Opt-In:
Add your custom message as described above.
During Checkout: Select the "Mail Directly to Recipient" option.
Recipient's Address: Enter the recipient's name and mailing address in the shipping address fields at checkout. Please ensure this is accurate, as we will mail it exactly as provided. -
What We Do: We will carefully print your custom message, securely seal the card in its envelope, add a stamp, and drop it in the mail for you.

Cost for Direct Mail Service:

Postage Fee: There is an additional fee of $2 per card for the stamp and text insert. This will be added to your order total.

If you choose this service, your entire order for that specific card will be sent directly to the recipient, meaning you won't receive the card yourself.

If you are ordering multiple cards and some are for direct mail and others for you, please ensure you process them as separate orders or clearly indicate in notes which cards go to which address. We recommend separate orders for clarity.
