Shipping Policy
We strive to get your beautiful greeting cards to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.
1. Processing and Fulfillment

Order Processing Time: All orders are typically processed and shipped out within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Custom Orders: If your order includes personalized or custom cards, please allow an extra 2-4 business days for creation time before shipping.

Notification: You will receive a separate email notification when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.
2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods at checkout. Delivery times are estimates once the package has been shipped (not from the time the order is placed).

Standard/First Class Mail: Typically 5-8 business days. Cost is calculated at checkout.

Priority Mail: Typically 2-4 business days. Cost is calculated at checkout.

Express/Overnight Mail: Typically 1-2 business days. Cost is calculated at checkout.
*Lost or Stolen Packages
Minka Gifts is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as "Delivered." Please contact your local carrier office immediately if your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package.
Return & Exchange Policy
Greeting Card Shipment: Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Minka Gifts! We hope you love your greeting cards. If, however, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means the card must not be written on, bent, or otherwise damaged.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
-
Custom-made or personalized greeting cards.

Sale or clearance items (unless the item is defective).
2. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card or original payment method).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5–10 business days).
3. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a card that is damaged (e.g., ripped, water damaged) or you receive the incorrect item (e.g., wrong design or quantity), please contact us immediately at minkagifts@gmail.com with:

Your order number.

A clear description of the damage or error.

A photograph of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging.
For these cases:

We will offer a full refund or a replacement free of charge.

We will cover the return shipping costs, if applicable, or may simply ask for photographic proof.
